Are Private Jets Safer Than Commercial Airlines?
Many rich peoples use expensive private jets or private charter jets, expensive private aircraft or Helicopters. At a hearing of the House financial services committee last week, lawmakers scolded the CEOs of the Big Three auto companies for flying private jets, private aircraft, and helicopters to Washington, D.C., before requesting a bailout.
