Charter Flights, Activities, and Accommodations - Plans the Perfect Trip For Families

How do you plan your trip for charter flights, activities aand accomodations? Planning a trip is no easy task. By the time you have everything in place and finally board one of the many jets in the airport, you are beyond needing a vacation. You certainly do not wants to have a stressful vacation. By choosing the right family friendly charter flights, activities the entire family can enjoy :), and quality accommodations, you can arrive home actually feeling relaxed and ready to take on the whole world.

Transportation

Flights on commercial jets can often be a difficult situation when you have infants, toddlers, or young children. Children can't move around without disturbing others on the flight and the lack of space makes it almost impossible to feed an infant. Even worse, you are likely going to be stuck in the middle of a row of strangers, making it a real pain to get your children in and out to go to the bathroom. The kids get out of their routine, they get grumpy, and the situation gets nasty in a hurry.

Charter flights are the perfect solution for young families. If you choose wisely, hiring jets gives you the opportunity to book charter flights that match your needs while still fitting into your vacation. You and the rest of your family will find the ride is more enjoyable with the extra space. When you do book your outgoing and return jets, make sure you find out what conveniences they have on-board. This will allow you to prepare for the trip because you know if you need to bring food and snacks and will be certain they have some way of heating bottles. It is also a good idea to ensure the transportation of your luggage is taken care of by the airline. Lastly, see if there is a play area in case the charter flights are delayed.

Activities And Things To Do

One of the most common mistakes families make is overfilling their vacation plans with structured activities such as day tours. You can still include some of these time specific activities, but be sure not to go overboard. Leaving your plans more spontaneous will allow you to customize your activities to meet the needs and moods of your children.

If you do decide to plan your vacation activities, consider making a list of all the things you would like to do. Include a number of different kinds of activities. For an example of a weeklong vacation, consider having one or two afternoon tours, some shopping, your favorite sightseeing locations, fun your children will enjoy, and a relaxing walk.

Accommodations

When deciding where you will stay during your vacation, ask the hotel staff about the extras they offer and what they have available to make your stay easier. If they have cribs or playpens available, you will have one less item to lug around. Try to get a room on a quiet end of the hotel or ask for a room on the ground floor if you have a toddler.

Whether you are heading to Disney World or where ever and other services you will use while vacationing all have additional services and features that can make things easier for you. Charter flights, the right combination of activities, and a family friendly place to stay will make your vacation feel a lot more like a holiday and a lot less like work. After all, that is the entire point of the trip.

What Do You Plans For This Holiday Season? How About Having Ultimate Vacation by Cruising the Canals and Rivers of France on a Luxury Barge

What Do You Plans For This Holiday Season? How About Having Ultimate Vacation by Cruising the Canals and Rivers of France on a Luxury Barge.

No doubt that an ocean cruise will be a wonderful experience, and a riverboat cruise can be a fun vacation. But neither of these comes close to a luxury barge cruise in France. What makes the difference between French barge cruising from other types of cruises?

France is the ideal place for cruising. It is the place for art, architecture, romance, culture, wine and gourmet cuisine. All of this can be yours while gently gliding down the river Seine through Paris and into Normandy, up the Rhone River through sun-drenched Provence, along the Canal de Bourgogne in rustic Burgundy, across the wetlands of Camargue or on the majestic Canal du Midi in Languedoc. And don't forget the Loire Valley with its abundance of Renaissance chateaus, plus the regions of Alsace and Champagne.

On a barge-hotel, you have a good chance of experiencing the local culture. The pace is slow and the distances covered are short. Plus, a barge can navigate narrow man-made canals and get to places bigger river cruisers could never dream of reaching. Because of this, it is the perfect way to venture along less-traveled routes, deep into the countryside. Once there, you have lots of opportunities for strolls into the heart of quaint villages, where the smiling faces of the locals greet you like welcome visitors. Also common are the leisurely walks along the canal tow path and visits to small vineyards to meet the "vigneron" and taste his wine. And, it is not rare to run into a local market full of unusual items typical of the region.

You can make your own cruise. Most barge cruises have set routes. They cruise up river one week and come back the other way the next. But barges are typically small--4 to 12 passengers--so other "whatever-floats-your-boat" charter options are often easy to arrange. These theme cruises--usually for private groups or families--can be organized to fit your very own needs and interests. Wine, golf and bicycling are the most common theme cruises, but there are many others: chocolate and wine in Burgundy, art and painting in Provence, Mediterranean gardens in the south of France, you name it... it can be done.

And, one of barging's claims to fame is the cuisine. The culinary experience is the heart and soul of a barge cruise. Special gourmet meals are prepared with fresh local and seasonal products by the onboard chef every day. Delicious local wines are paired with your meals. And cheeses are always part of the menu, of course. Every effort is made to keep your taste buds happy all the time. On some of these boats bar drinks are even included in the package.

Barge cruising is truly a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. For many people it is a once-in-a-life-time event that inevitably leaves fond and romantic memories. It is about the good life, away from the pressures of modern living. Imagine gently drifting by pastoral landscapes, through historic towns, under ancient stone bridges or past medieval homes and castles while sipping a local vintage on the sun deck. Paradise!

Some Tips Before Shopping For Diamond Engagement Rings For You

This is some useful tips for you to buy diamond engagement rings. Do not rush and jump in to the jewelers shop for immediately buying a diamond engagement ring as you may end up owning an inferior ring and paying expensive amounts for it. Think carefully. First, go through the different aspects of the ring in terms of its quality and costs. The first preparation that you must make is regarding the budget. Know the amount you can easily spare for the ring. The amount will be equal to your two-three months salary or may be lesser amount will be sufficient. Then, within that budget, try to find out the shops in your vicinity to buy the ring. if there are no such shops around your home, then online shopping is always preferable for affordable diamond engagement rings. Before actually shopping for the ring, it is always advisable to be aware of her choices. The rings are in plenty and often it is not easier to make a choice. So, since you need to impress just one woman, ask her straight forwardly about what is she wants most. If possible, present her a band and then take her along with you for the shopping of diamond engagement rings. If she is not willing to shop with you and wants the ring as a surprise gift, then study her jewelry and clothes for indication of her choice of colors and designs on the ring. Diamond is the most precious and crucial part of the ring as the stone gives the glitter for the utmost impression. Choose the stone only when you are sure of its quality parameters. Diamonds must be checked for their color, clarity, cuts and caratthe. Know that while first two parameters of color and clarity are inborn in the precious stone, the other two are the creation of your own. The cost of the diamond engagement rings depend on the extent of the parameters followed. If you are seeking affordable diamond engagement rings, then the high quality standards need not to be followed. Even with a little lowered quality, there will not be a marked lowering of the glitter. You can easily pick up a diamond that has some inclusions or flaws in it at less expensive amounts. If the budget is the prime concern, then make sure that you opt for shallow cuts on the loose diamond as it requires less expensive skills from the jewelers. Similarly, some settings are simple and less costly, which you can opt for. In the last, cost of the ring can be reduced further once you choose the online way of shopping. Find the jeweller store at the internet and compare them for lower prices of the diamonds, settings, cuts etc and pick up the diamond engagement ring of your own making. This are the tips :). Hopefully this tips can help you to chosse the best diamond engagement ring.

Research Your Way To The Perfect Automotive Directory

When trying to research your way to the perfect automotive directory, there are a few options that you have. You can look through the phone book till you find one that is close to you or you can jump on the highway of the world wide web to find the perfect auto directory that meets your needs. No matter which way you decide to travel, the road can be bumpy without any knowledge. This is where a little time and effort can go along way. You want to find a company that provides you with the particular service that you are searching for. Depending upon what your need is will also depend upon what type of automotive directory you need. If you are looking just to purchase an item for your vehicle than a small auto directory with a specific product line could be just what you are looking for. Most of us have many different needs when it comes to our vehicles and a larger auto directory would be more beneficial. There are many automotive directories that not only provide you with products to purchase, but also with some sort of service. An individual may be able to not only make a purchase but also be able to sell there cars or automotive parts with a larger auto directory. They will warranty any parts or equipment that you buy for at least one year and you can sometimes purchase an additional warranty on certain items such as small cars or trucks. A smaller auto directory will usually focus on a certain type of purchase. They may only supply parts and equipment or may be strictly for the purchase or sale of new and used vehicles. These differences in an automotive directory can make the decision on where you decide to do business. The one thing that they both have in common is that they only deal with automotive concerns. Be sure to locate one that meets all of your needs and also a few extras. If the auto directory that you are visiting is small and unknown then they may only offer their products. But, if you are visiting a company that is world wide or even very popular in your small town, then that particular automotive directory may also offer products from other suppliers such as a place to get your oil changed or your tires rotated. This can give you an opportunity to make that particular directory your one stop shop for everything that you are looking for.

Private Jets - How safe that is?

Are Private Jets Safer Than Commercial Airlines?

Many rich peoples use expensive private jets or private charter jets, expensive private aircraft or Helicopters. At a hearing of the House financial services committee last week, lawmakers scolded the CEOs of the Big Three auto companies for flying private jets, private aircraft, and helicopters to Washington, D.C., before requesting a bailout. A Chrysler spokeswoman responded that "business travel requires the highest standard of safety for all employees," and CNN noted that the Big Three "have policies requiring their CEOs to travel in private jets for safety reasons." Despite these concerns, General Motors announced yesterday that CEO Richard Wagoner will not use a private aircraft when he returns to the capital for another round of meetings next week. (Ford and Chrysler have yet to announce their plans.) Are private jets really safer than commercial airliners?

What is Health Insurance?
The term health insurance is generally used to describe a form of insurance that pays for medical expenses. It is sometimes used more broadly to include insurance covering disability or long-term nursing or custodial care needs. It may be provided through a government-sponsored social insurance program, or from private insurance companies. It may be purchased on a group basis (e.g., by a firm to cover its employees) or purchased by individual consumers. Forex The Future Investment

Forex The Future Investment. Today I'm going to write about one of the way to be prosper. There are many many advantages over the various other ways of investing. First of all it is a 24 hr market, except for weekends of course. You have the US market then the european and then the Asian. One of the great times to trade is during the over lapping periods. The USA and european overlap between 5am & 9am eastern and the Euro & Asian between 11pm & 1am eastern. Usually the busiest time and best to trade. The is also the risk factor for the accounts. With futures and options you can get margin calls that can wipe you out. If you get caught in a bad trade not only do you lose the money in the account but you may have to come up with alot more from your pocket. It can be very risking. But not in Forex. Worst case senerio you could lose whats in you account. But you would have to do something really stupid. Like making a big trade on a Fundamental day and leave it alone. If market takes a bad move and you weren't there. OOOPS. But That wouldn't happen with a smarth trader. Then there are the demo accounts which is an account where you can trade using all the right things, platform,charts,and information. But you are using play money, or what we call paper trading too. Plus with Forex you have a mini account. Instead of needing thousands of dollars to get into it. You can open an account with as little as $300.00. Now of course you will be trading at 1 tenth of a trade. IN other words you controling 10,000 instead of 100,000.00 These are call lots. Which also means you will only risk 1 tenth too! So if you would love to learn to do investing and not have near the risk you really need to take a closer look at Forex trading.

Prostate Cancer Treatment

Prostate cancer is a disease in which malignant (cancer) cells form in the tissues of the prostate. The prostate is a gland in the male reproductive system located just below the bladder (the organ that collects and empties urine) and in front of the rectum (the lower part of the intestine). It is about the size of a walnut and surrounds part of the urethra (the tube that empties urine from the bladder). The prostate gland produces fluid that makes up part of the semen. Prostate cancer is found mainly in older men. As men age, the prostate may get bigger and block the urethra or bladder. This may cause difficulty in urination or can interfere with sexual function. The condition is called benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), and although it is not cancer, surgery may be needed to correct it. The symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia or of other problems in the prostate may be similar to symptoms of prostate cancer. Enlarge
Normal prostate and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). A normal prostate does not block the flow of urine from the bladder. An enlarged prostate presses on the bladder and urethra and blocks the flow of urine. Possible signs of prostate cancer include a weak flow of urine or frequent urination. These and other symptoms may be caused by prostate cancer. Other conditions may cause the same symptoms. A doctor should be consulted if any of the following problems occur: Weak or interrupted flow of urine.Frequent urination (especially at night).Trouble urinating.Pain or burning during urination. Blood in the urine or semen.A pain in the back, hips, or pelvis that doesn't go away.Painful ejaculation. Tests that examine the prostate and blood are used to detect (find) and diagnose prostate cancer. The following tests and procedures may be used: Digital rectal exam (DRE): An exam of the rectum. The doctor or nurse inserts a lubricated, gloved finger into the rectum and feels the prostate through the rectal wall for lumps or abnormal areas. Enlarge Digital rectal exam (DRE). The doctor inserts a gloved, lubricated finger into the rectum and feels the prostate to check for anything abnormal. Prostate-specific antigen (PSA) test: A test that measures the level of PSA in the blood. PSA is a substance made by the prostate that may be found in an increased amount in the blood of men who have prostate cancer. PSA levels may also be high in men who have an infection or inflammation of the prostate or BPH (an enlarged, but noncancerous, prostate). Transrectal ultrasound: A procedure in which a probe that is about the size of a finger is inserted into the rectum to check the prostate. The probe is used to bounce high-energy sound waves (ultrasound) off internal tissues or organs and make echoes. The echoes form a picture of body tissues called a sonogram. Transrectal ultrasound may be used during a biopsy procedure.Enlarge Transrectal ultrasound. An ultrasound probe is inserted into the rectum to check the prostate. The probe bounces sound waves off body tissues to make echoes that form a sonogram (computer picture) of the prostate. Biopsy: The removal of cells or tissues so they can be viewed under a microscope by a pathologist. The pathologist will examine the biopsy sample to check for cancer cells and determine the Gleason score. The Gleason score ranges from 2-10 and describes how likely it is that a tumor will spread. The lower the number, the less likely the tumor is to spread. There are 2 types of biopsy procedures used to diagnose prostate cancer: Transrectal biopsy: The removal of tissue from the prostate by inserting a thin needle through the rectum and into the prostate. This procedure is usually done using transrectal ultrasound to help guide the needle. A pathologist views the tissue under a microscope to look for cancer cells.Enlarge Transrectal biopsy. An ultrasound probe is inserted into the rectum to show where the tumor is. Then a needle is inserted through the rectum into the prostate to remove tissue from the prostate. Transperineal biopsy: The removal of tissue from the prostate by inserting a thin needle through the skin between the scrotum and rectum and into the prostate. A pathologist views the tissue under a microscope to look for cancer cells. Certain factors affect prognosis (chance of recovery) and treatment options. The prognosis (chance of recovery) and treatment options depend on the following: The stage of the cancer (whether it affects part of the prostate, involves the whole prostate, or has spread to other places in the body).The patient’s age and health.Whether the cancer has just been diagnosed or has recurred (come back). Prognosis also depends on the Gleason score and the level of PSA.

AT&T Phone Mobility

AT&T Mobility LLC (usually branded AT&T,[2] and formerly named Cingular Wireless LLC) is the wholly owned wireless subsidiary of AT&T Inc. AT&T Mobility is the largest mobile phone company (in terms of number of subscribers) in the United States, ahead of Verizon Wireless[3]. AT&T Mobility phone has approximately 72.9 million subscribers as of the third quarter 2008. [4] Formerly a joint venture between SBC Communications and BellSouth, Cingular Wireless soon acquired the old AT&T Wireless; SBC later acquired the original AT&T and re-branded as "the new AT&T". Cingular became wholly-owned by the new AT&T in December 2006 as a result of AT&T's acquisition of BellSouth. In January 2007, Cingular confirmed it would itself rebrand under the AT&T moniker. The corporate name change occurred immediately, although, for regulatory and brand-awareness reasons, both brands were used in the wireless unit's signage and advertising during a transition period.[5] The transition concluded in late June, just prior to the rollout of the Apple iPhone. Among the services that AT&T aggressively promotes is its "Rollover" service, allowing customers to keep unused minutes from month to month on a twelve-month rolling cycle on its popular "Nation" nationwide plans. Beginning in July 2007, AT&T now allows its AT&T Unity plan users to have "Rollover", a service which was exclusive to the "Nation" plans. AT&T also launched video share in 2007, in which a mobile caller can stream live video from one phone to another over the 3G network with video share capable phones. This allows one mobile phone user to view another's camera through the mobile phone in real time. A large number of AT&T Mobility phone employees are unionized, belonging to the Communications Workers of America. The CWA represented roughly 15,000 of the previous 20,000 formerly AT&T Wireless employees as of early 2006.[6] As of the end of 2007, the CWA website claims roughly 40,000 workers of AT&T Mobility phone are represented by the union.[7]

Asbestos Lung Cancer

Most asbestos lung cancer starts in the lining of the bronchi, the tubes into which the trachea or windpipe divides. However, asbestos lung cancer can also begin in other areas such as the trachea, bronchioles (small branches of the bronchi), or alveoli (lung air sacs). Although lung cancer usually develops slowly, once it occurs, cancer cells can break away and spread to other parts of the body. The two most common types of lung cancer are small cell lung cancer (SCLC), in which the cancer cells are small and round, and non–small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), in which the cancer cells are larger. Sometimes a cancer has features of both types, and is called mixed small cell/large cell cancer. Non–small cell lung cancer accounts for almost 80% of lung cancers. Small cell lung cancer accounts for about 20% of all lung cancers (American Cancer Society, Lung Cancer). Although the cancer cells are small, they can multiply quickly and form large tumors. The tumors can spread to the lymph nodes and to other organs. Early–stage asbestos lung cancer may be asymptomatic (without symptoms). The methods used to diagnose asbestos lung cancer include imaging tests, biopsies, and taking phlegm (spit) samples.

The Most Expensive Watches

In case you haven't noticed, it'll soon be gift-giving time again. And to those of you still struggling to find that perfect something for that special someone--even yourself--we'd like to offer some, ahem, timely advice.

There are few more desirable, or desired, possessions than a fine timepiece. If the person you are thinking of this holiday season has been exceptionally good--and by that we mean had a platinum-selling album, brought in a multimillion dollar deal, named you to the board of a major foundation or gave birth to triplets--then they might themselves unwrapping an exceptionally good, and exceptionally expensive, watch this year.

While many watchmakers make most of their profits from bread-and-butter product lines--which, at the higher-end levels, tend to retail in the $5,000 range--many of the top-end brands also offer watches that cost well into six figures. These include mechanical men's watches laden with grande complications or ladies' watches dripping with jewels from premier Swiss watchmakers such as Patek Philippe, Vacheron Constantin, Girard-Perregaux and the like. Oh, they're going to cost you--$200,000 per easily, and much, much more if you really want to splurge. But the gift you'll be giving is as timeless, intricate and impressive as they come--even if it ends up under lock and key, as such timepieces tend to do.

Mary Queen of Scots Heart Pendant - Rare Jewelry

It is well accepted that the hobbies and passions held by HRH Queen Victoria became the “must-do” and “must-have” of the 19th century. Her penchant for Scotland created a new niche in the market place for all things Scottish. Ever industrious and pennywise, Scottish jewelers used the natural resources common to the land in the manufacture of jewelry. Stones and minerals native to the rivers and mountains of Scotland became what are referred to as “pebble jewelry”.

Cairngorm or smoky quartz comes from the eastern highlands and has been used in traditional Celtic jewelry as it is prized for its warm and transparent smoky orange-brown color. Here it has been transformed into a beautiful heart pendant and crowned with a coronet of yellow gold.
Embellished with the symbolic details of the fleur-de-lys and the saltire cross of St. Andrew we find a curious connection with Mary Stuart or as she is more commonly known, Mary Queen of Scots. The fleur-de-lys is a heraldic device long identified with the history of France and the “saltire” cross on the Scottish flag is the symbol for St. Andrew, the patron saint of the Kingdom of Scotland. A marriage was arranged by Henry II (King of France) and James V (King of Scotland) between the 4 year old son, Francis (Dauphin) and 5 year old Mary, Queen of Scots. Private Charter Jets

The world’s most expensive jet is currently the Bombardier Global Express XRS. At $49.3 million for just the jet itself, no maintenance included, you’ve got to have some very deep pockets or maybe some really good friends.

The Bombardier Global Express XRS Jet can travel up to 6,150 nautical miles at a cruise speed of no less than Mach 0.85. Not too shabby, eh? Well for that kind of cash, I wouldn’t take anything less.

This is no doubt is the most expensive private charter jet ever.

The world's biggest diamond

The world's biggest diamond, believed to be twice the size of the Cullinan, has been discovered in the North-West Province of South Africa. The find has electrified the diamond community, but the circumstances of the discovery are shrouded in mystery.

The diamond is expected to attract furious bidding from buyers worldwide and could fetch up to £15m.The 203 carat Millennium Star is the second biggest flawless diamond. The newly found stone could produce a stone even bigger.

A spokesman for the mining house which made yesterday's find, Brett Joli, said the diamond was being rushed to a bank vault in Johannesburg and would be kept there for a couple of days "until we calm down and decide what we are going to do". A security company was being hired to protect the precious stone.

The mining company which made the find has not been identified.

The South Africa Broadcasting Corporation said the stone was said to be twice the size of the Cullinan diamond.

Fred Cuellar, the founder of Diamond Cutters International and author of How to Buy a Diamond, said he first heard about the find a few days ago. "I get a phone call when any rare stone around the world is found and when I heard about this one it was stunning news.

"It caught everybody in the diamond industry offside. There will be a lot of mad bidding from a lot of private individuals as to who is going to buy this stone."

The Cullinan, which was found near Pretoria more than a century ago, was until recently acknowledged to be the largest cut diamond in the world, weighing in at 530.20 carats. In 1985 it lost the record to the Golden Jubilee, which was found in the same mine as the Cullinan and weighed 545.67 carats.

In its rough state the Cullinan weighed 3,106.75 carats. It now forms part of King Edward's sceptre and is in the Tower of London.

The Cartier diamond, famous as a gift from Richard Burton to Elizabeth Taylor, weighed a mere 240.80 carats rough and 69.42 carats cut.

Conference Calling Services

A conference call is a telephone call in which the calling party wishes to have more than one called party listen in to the audio portion of the call. The conference calls may be designed to allow the called party to participate during the call, or the call may be set up so that the called party merely listens into the call and cannot speak. It is often referred to as an ATC (Audio Tele-Conference).

Conference calls can be designed so that the calling party calls the other participants and adds them to the call. In most cases, the participants are able call into the conference call themselves, by dialing into a special telephone number that connects to a "conference bridge" (a specialized type of equipment that links telephone lines).

Usually, most companies use a specialized service provider who maintains the conference bridge, or who provides the phone numbers and PIN codes that participants dial to access the meeting or conference call.

Three-way calling is available (usually at an extra charge) for most customers on their home or office phone line. To three way call, the first person one wishes to talk to is dialed. Then the Hook flash button is pressed and the other person's phone number is dialed. While it is ringing, flash is pressed again. This will put the three people together. This option allows callers to add a second outgoing call to an already connected cal

Forensic intelligence links an MI6 traitor to a bank account in Haiti where a case of mistaken identity introduces Bond to the beautiful but feisty Camille, a woman who has her own vendetta. Camille leads Bond straight to Dominic Greene, a ruthless businessman and major force within the mysterious criminal organization known only as 'Quantum'.

On a mission that leads him to Austria, Italy and South America, Bond discovers that Greene, conspiring to take total control of one of the world's most important natural resources, is forging a deal with the exiled General Medrano. Using his associates in the organization, and manipulating his powerful contacts within the CIA and the British government, Greene promises to overthrow the existing regime in Bolivia, giving General Medrano control of the country in exchange for a seemingly barren piece of land which is, however, a main source of the South American water supply. In a minefield of treachery, murder and deceit, Bond allies with old friends in a battle to uncover the truth. As he gets closer to finding the man responsible for the betrayal of Vesper, 007 must keep one step ahead of the CIA, the terrorists, and even 'M' herself, to unravel Greene's sinister plan and stop Quantum from getting its way.

Card Consolidation Credit Debt

Debt is that which is owed; usually referencing assets owed, but the term can cover other obligations. In the case of assets, debt is a means of using future purchasing power in the present before a summation has been earned. Some companies and corporations use debt as a part of their overall corporate finance strategy.[citation needed. Card Consolidation Credit Debt

A debt is created when a creditor agrees to lend a sum of assets to a debtor. In modern society, debt is usually granted with expected repayment; in many cases, plus interest. Card Consolidation Credit Debt. Historically, debt was responsible for the creation of indentured servants.

A credit card is part of a system of payments named after the small plastic card issued to users of the system. Card Consolidation Credit Debt. The issuer of the card grants a line of credit to the consumer (or the user) from which the user can borrow money for payment to a merchant or as a cash advance to the user. Card Consolidation Credit Debt. A credit card is different from a charge card, which requires the balance to be paid in full each month. In contrast, credit cards allow the consumers to 'revolve' their balance, at the cost of having interest charged. Most credit cards are issued by local banks or credit unions, and are the same shape and size, as specified by the ISO 7810 standard.

Travel Accident Insurance

Don't forget to have a travel accident insurance if you often to travel. Especially when you prosper enough :p.

Travel accident insurance is insurance that is intended to cover medical expenses, financial (such as money invested in nonrefundable pre-payments), and other losses incurred while traveling, either within one's own country, or internationally.

Travel accident insurance can usually be arranged at the time of booking of a trip to cover exactly the duration of that trip or a more extensive, continuous insurance can be purchased from (most often) travel insurance companies, travel agents or directly from travel suppliers such as cruiselines or tour operators. However, travel insurance purchased from travel suppliers tends to be less inclusive than insurance offered by insurance companies.

Travel accident insurance often offers coverage for a variety of travelers. Student travel, business travel, leisure travel, adventure travel, cruise travel, and international travel are all various options that can be insured.

The most common risks that are covered by travel accident insurance are:

* Medical expenses
* Emergency evacuation/repatriation
* Overseas funeral expenses
* Accidental death, injury or disablement benefit
* Cancellation
* Curtailment
* Delayed departure
* Loss, theft or damage to personal possessions and money (including travel documents)
* Delayed baggage (and emergency replacement of essential items)
* Legal assistance
* Personal liability and rental car damage excess

Some travel policies will also provide cover for additional costs, although these vary widely between providers.

And in addition, often separate insurance can be purchased for specific costs such as:

* pre-existing medical conditions (e.g. asthma, diabetes)
* sports with an element of risk (e.g. skiing, scuba-diving)
* travel to high risk countries (e.g. due to war or natural disasters or acts of terrorism)

Common Exclusions:

* pre-existing medical conditions
* war or terrorism - but some plans may cover this risk
* pregnancy related expenses
* injury or illness caused by alcohol or drug use

Travel accident insurance can also provide helpful services, often 24 hours a day, 7 days a week that can include concierge services and emergency travel assistance.

Typically accident travel insurance for the duration of a journey costs approximately 5-7% of the cost of the trip.

Life Insurance / Life Assurance

Don't Forget to protect your life with insurance.

Types of life insurance

Life insurance may be divided into two basic classes – temporary and permanent or following subclasses - term, universal, whole life, variable, variable universal and endowment life insurance.

Life insurance or life assurance is a contract between the policy owner and the insurer, where the insurer agrees to pay a sum of money upon the occurrence of the insured individual's or individuals' death or other event, such as terminal illness or critical illness. In return, the policy owner agrees to pay a stipulated amount called a premium at regular intervals or in lump sums. There may be designs in some countries where bills and death expenses plus catering for after funeral expenses should be included in Policy Premium. In the United States, the predominant form simply specifies a lump sum to be paid on the insured's demise.

As with most insurance policies, life insurance is a contract between the insurer and the policy owner whereby a benefit is paid to the designated beneficiaries if an insured event occurs which is covered by the policy. To be a life policy the insured event must be based upon the lives of the people named in the policy.

Insured events that may be covered include:

* Serious illness

Life policies are legal contracts and the terms of the contract describe the limitations of the insured events. Specific exclusions are often written into the contract to limit the liability of the insurer; for example claims relating to suicide, fraud, war, riot and civil commotion.

Life-based contracts tend to fall into two major categories:

* Protection policies - designed to provide a benefit in the event of specified event, typically a lump sum payment. A common form of this design is term insurance.
* Investment policies - where the main objective is to facilitate the growth of capital by regular or single premiums. Common forms (in the US anyway) are whole life, universal life and variable life policies.

Mesothelioma Cancer - Peritoneal Mesothelioma

Today I post about Mesothelioma Cancer. You see I post to warn you about this disease. If we sick, we can't be prosper right?

What is Mesothelioma?

Men are more frequently affected by mesothelioma than women, although anyone with direct or indirect exposure to asbestos is vulnerable to mesothelioma. Mesothelioma affects about 7% of asbestos workers, and most symptoms begin to appear by the time the patient is 70. There are two types of mesothelioma: pleural mesothelioma and peritoneal mesothelioma. Pleural mesothelioma is a cancer that affects the pleura, or the lining around the outside of the lungs and the inside of the ribs. Pleural mesothelioma is believed to be caused by inhalation of asbestos or asbestos containing materials. The vast majority of mesothelioma cases (about 80%) are pleural in nature. Pleural mesothelioma can be either benign, which is localized and non-cancerous, or malignant, which is diffuse and cancerous. Peritoneal mesothelioma is a cancer of the membrane surrounding the abdomen. This type of cancer can also be benign or malignant. It is believed that peritoneal mesothelioma is a result of ingesting asbestos fibers in the mucus, the protective asbestos layer mesothelioma of saliva that works to expel foreign agents from the body. Peritoneal mesothelioma is extremely rare, occurring in only one-fifth of diagnosed cases. Mesothelioma it's very dangerous (both pleural mesothelioma and peritoneal mesothelioma).

Acording to a revealing statistic, more than 30 percent of Americans beset with mesothelioma were exposed to asbestos during military service.Out of the hundreds of occupations exposed to asbestos, veterans account for 30% of all mesothelioma cancer patients. Due to common military practices, veterans who served between 1940 and 1970 have a great risk of developing asbestos-related illnesses. Additionally, Navy personnel and workers employed in shipyards from the 1930s through the 1970s hold a greater risk of developing asbestos cancers or mesothelioma caused by asbestos mesothelioma exposure.

Veterans with asbestos-related illnesses find themselves in a unique and troubling situation, as they virtually have no avenue to seek compensation through the current government system. Ailing veterans are prohibited by law to seek compensation from the U.S. government through the court system. For more information on mesothelioma treatments or how you can get free assistance about mesothelioma with filing for asbestos-related VA Benefits please see the resources at the Mesothelioma Cancer Center.

So what do you think about this mesothelioma disease? Please leave a comment about mesothelioma.

Emerging Engagement Ring Trends Blend Tradition With Modern Flair

Emerging Engagement Ring Trends Blend Tradition With Modern Flair.
The diamond engagement rings - a timeless expression of love and commitment.

The classic styles available - solitaire and pave, for example - still are popular today, but there are emerging trends of which you, the potential buyer should be aware.

Note: One thing that never changes is what grooms tend to pay for engagement rings - quite a bit! Latest statistics show the average amount spent is $3,000, according to these sources:

" $3,044 (Bride's Millenium Report)
" $2,982 (Bride's Magazine)
" $2,909 (Modern Bride, as cited in Weddings for Dummies)
" $3,576 (Conde Nast Bridal Group)
" $3,165 (Modern Bride Magazine)
" $2,807 (National Bride Service)

Hot ring trends - classic, antique and modern lead the way

For example, classic solitaires are very popular. Many women are choosing a classic-cut diamond solitaire. These are assured of never going out of style and make good heirloom pieces.

However, a traditional solitaire setting is upswept and raises the diamond high. Some people today select settings where the center stone sits low, creating a look that is elegant and ergonomic. Another popular setting is one that is intricately raised, as well as twisted band.

And while the round cut continues to be popular, it is becoming more common to see the oval cut, as well as the emerald.

The pave setting, where the band is studded with diamonds seamlessly, is elegant and is becoming more popular. The idea is that smaller stones are set so close together that no metal can be seen between them. This maximizes the wattage of the ring without pushing the cost too high.

Antique, vintage rings that your grandmother might have worn also are trendy, which combines an historical, period look with current fashion. Look for gold filigree settings, floral accents and gemstone baguettes. The cuts typically are cushion, round, pillow and Asscher , and their larger facets radiate more fire under less light.

Also becoming more popular are modern styles. This type features clean, streamlined designs for a cosmopolitan, chic look. The most contemporary styles feature a bezel-set and designs where the diamond seems to "float," which is a type of tension setting.

Engagement rings with colored stones also are an emerging trend, with colored diamonds being quite the rage. Many celebrities, such as Jennifer Lopez, have chosen colored diamond engagement rings and this has cemented their popularity.

For something different, consider new diamond cuts on the market. The Zales diamond cut has more facets than traditional cuts and can increase the stone's fire. Also consider the princess cut - a modified square.

So what do you prefer for your weeding ring ? Single big diamond ring, or ornamental diamond ring ? Please give your comment!

History of a automoblie (automotive)

Although Nicolas-Joseph Cugnot is often credited with building the first self-propelled mechanical vehicle or automobile in about 1769 by adapting an existing horse-drawn vehicle, this claim is disputed by some, who doubt Cugnot's three-wheeler ever ran or was stable. Others claim Ferdinand Verbiest, a member of a Jesuit mission in China, built the first steam-powered vehicle around 1672 which was of small scale and designed as a toy for the Chinese Emperor that was unable to carry a driver or a passenger, but quite possibly, was the first working steam-powered vehicle ('auto-mobile'). What is not in doubt is that Richard Trevithick built and demonstrated his Puffing Devil road locomotive in 1801, believed by many to be the first demonstration of a steam-powered road vehicle although it was unable to maintain sufficient steam pressure for long periods, and would have been of little practical use.

In Russia, in the 1780s, Ivan Kulibin developed a human-pedalled, three-wheeled carriage with modern features such as a flywheel, brake, gear box, and bearings; however, it was not developed further.

François Isaac de Rivaz, a Swiss inventor, designed the first internal combustion engine, in 1806, which was fueled by a mixture of hydrogen and oxygen and used it to develop the world's first vehicle, albeit rudimentary, to be powered by such an engine. The design was not very successful, as was the case with others such as Samuel Brown, Samuel Morey, and Etienne Lenoir with his hippomobile, who each produced vehicles (usually adapted carriages or carts) powered by clumsy internal combustion engines.

In November 1881 French inventor Gustave Trouvé demonstrated a working three-wheeled automobile that was powered by electricity. This was at the International Exhibition of Electricity in Paris.

Although several other German engineers (including Gottlieb Daimler, Wilhelm Maybach, and Siegfried Marcus) were working on the problem at about the same time, Karl Benz generally is acknowledged as the inventor of the modern automobile.

An automobile powered by his own four-stroke cycle gasoline engine was built in Mannheim, Germany by Karl Benz in 1885 and granted a patent in January of the following year under the auspices of his major company, Benz & Cie., which was founded in 1883. It was an integral design, without the adaptation of other existing components and including several new technological elements to create a new concept. This is what made it worthy of a patent. He began to sell his production vehicles in 1888.
Karl Benz
A photograph of the original Benz Patent Motorwagon, first built in 1885 and awarded the patent for the concept

In 1879 Benz was granted a patent for his first engine, which had been designed in 1878. Many of his other inventions made the use of the internal combustion engine feasible for powering a vehicle.

His first Motorwagon was built in 1885 and he was awarded the patent for its invention as of his application on January 29, 1886. Benz began promotion of the vehicle on July 3, 1886 and approximately 25 Benz vehicles were sold between 1888 and 1893, when his first four-wheeler was introduced along with a model intended for affordability. They also were powered with four-stroke engines of his own design. Emile Roger of France, already producing Benz engines under license, now added the Benz automobile to his line of products. Because France was more open to the early automobiles, initially more were built and sold in France through Roger than Benz sold in Germany.

In 1896, Benz designed and patented the first internal-combustion flat engine, called a boxermotor in German. During the last years of the nineteenth century, Benz was the largest automobile company in the world with 572 units produced in 1899 and because of its size, Benz & Cie., became a joint-stock company.

Daimler and Maybach founded Daimler Motoren Gesellschaft (Daimler Motor Company, DMG) in Cannstatt in 1890 and under the brand name, Daimler, sold their first automobile in 1892, which was a horse-drawn stagecoach built by another manufacturer, that they retrofitted with an engine of their design. By 1895 about 30 vehicles had been built by Daimler and Maybach, either at the Daimler works or in the Hotel Hermann, where they set up shop after falling out with their backers. Benz and the Maybach and Daimler team seem to have been unaware of each other's early work. They never worked together because by the time of the merger of the two companies, Daimler and Maybach were no longer part of DMG.

Daimler died in 1900 and later that year, Maybach designed an engine named Daimler-Mercedes, that was placed in a specially-ordered model built to specifications set by Emil Jellinek. This was a production of a small number of vehicles for Jellinek to race and market in his country. Two years later, in 1902, a new model DMG automobile was produced and the model was named Mercedes after the Maybach engine which generated 35 hp. Maybach quit DMG shortly thereafter and opened a business of his own. Rights to the Daimler brand name were sold to other manufacturers.

Karl Benz proposed co-operation between DMG and Benz & Cie. when economic conditions began to deteriorate in Germany following the First World War, but the directors of DMG refused to consider it initially. Negotiations between the two companies resumed several years later when these conditions worsened and, in 1924 they signed an Agreement of Mutual Interest, valid until the year 2000. Both enterprises standardized design, production, purchasing, and sales and they advertised or marketed their automobile models jointly—although keeping their respective brands.

On June 28, 1926, Benz & Cie. and DMG finally merged as the Daimler-Benz company, baptizing all of its automobiles Mercedes Benz as a brand honoring the most important model of the DMG automobiles, the Maybach design later referred to as the 1902 Mercedes-35hp, along with the Benz name. Karl Benz remained a member of the board of directors of Daimler-Benz until his death in 1929 and at times, his two sons participated in the management of the company as well.

In 1890, Emile Levassor and Armand Peugeot of France began producing vehicles with Daimler engines and so laid the foundation of the automobile industry in France.

The first design for an American automobile with a gasoline internal combustion engine was drawn in 1877 by George Selden of Rochester, New York, who applied for a patent for an automobile in 1879, but the patent application expired because the vehicle was never built and proved to work (a requirement for a patent). After a delay of sixteen years and a series of attachments to his application, on November 5, 1895, Selden was granted a United States patent (U.S. Patent 549,160 ) for a two-stroke automobile engine, which hindered, more than encouraged, development of automobiles in the United States. His patent was challenged by Henry Ford and others, and overturned in 1911.

In Britain there had been several attempts to build steam cars with varying degrees of success with Thomas Rickett even attempting a production run in 1860.[10] Santler from Malvern is recognized by the Veteran Car Club of Great Britain as having made the first petrol-powered car in the country in 1894[11] followed by Frederick William Lanchester in 1895 but these were both one-offs.[11] The first production vehicles in Great Britain came from the Daimler Motor Company, a company founded by Harry J. Lawson in 1896 after purchasing the right to use the name of the engines. Lawson's company made its first automobiles in 1897 and they bore the name Daimler.

In 1892, German engineer Rudolf Diesel was granted a patent for a "New Rational Combustion Engine". In 1897 he built the first Diesel Engine. Steam, electric, and gasoline-powered vehicles competed for decades, with gasoline internal combustion engines achieving dominance in the 1910s.

Although various pistonless rotary engine designs have attempted to compete with the conventional piston and crankshaft design, only Mazda's version of the Wankel engine has had more than very limited success.

Example of Leisure Activity

People who work indoors and spend most of their time sitting and doing sedentary office work can add physical activity to their lives by doing sports during their leisure time, such as playing a ball game, going camping, hiking or fishing. On the other hand, people whose jobs involve a lot of physical activity may prefer to spend their free time doing quiet, relaxing activities, such as reading books or magazines or watching TV. Some people find that collecting stamps, postcards, badges, model cars,planes or ships, bottles, or antiques are relaxing hobbies. You could do this if you are prosper enough.

Free time is organized in many schools and institutions. Schools may offer many extracurricular activities including hobby groups, sports activities, and choirs. Other institutions such as retirement homes and hospitals also offer activities such as clubs and meetings for playing games or simply organized periods for conversation.

Most people like socializing with friends for dinner or a drink after a hard day at work. For many young people, having a regular night out a week is a normal part of their free time, whether it is joining friends for a drink in a pub, dining out in a restaurant, watching a film, playing video games or dancing the night away at a club.

Some people do leisure activities that also have a longer-term goal. In some cases, people do a leisure activity that they hope to turn into a full-time activity (e.g., volunteer paramedics who hope to eventually become professional paramedics). Many people also study part-time in evening university or college courses, both for the love of learning, and to help their career prospects.

What Is A Leisure

The privilege of leisure for the middle and lower classes is, still, a relatively new idea. It was not until the boom of the Industrial Revolution that the lower classes were even allowed to think about what they might do should they have any free time. However, while men in the Victorian period developed their realms of recreation, women were left at home in the domestic sphere. Whether in the upper class or lower, working class, women were kept in domestic spheres and were little thought of when it came to recreation.
You can find easy money from many source for example from forex trading for your luxury life to fulfill your dream of prosperity, new car, vacation, motor cycle, scooter, summer vacation, jewelry, estates, houses, leisure, etc.
Effects of the Industrial Revolution The Industrial Revolution fundamentally changed the family structure in the working class. Prior to this period, men were head of the household and worked away from home while women stayed at home and took care of the children and other household duties. However, with the push for more income, women as well as children went to work to support all in the household. Wives were expected to work in the factory and take care of housework. The Revolution also brought about a radical change to the workweek. What was once a six-day workweek, twelve hours a day, gradually became a five-day workweek from Monday through Friday with a half day on Saturday. The middle class supported a push for an increase in recognized holidays. Laws such as the Factory Acts of 1867 and 1874 ensured that workers were given holidays on Christmas and Good Friday (Bailey 142). Still other factors contributed to ideas of leisure such as the Great Exhibition and ‘rational recreation.’ The Great Exhibition of 1851 was a world’s fair type event that introduced the middle and working class to trains. This new form of transportation allowed those who were limited to travel within their town or village to travel farther and more frequently than before. The idea of ‘rational recreation’ was the middle class’ solution to the tacky, perverse recreation of the working class, most of which spent their time at pubs and bars. Rational recreation included singing, drama, piano and other activities that expanded the mind (Honeyman 109). These activities were promoted to bring the middle class and working class together in social harmony.

Upper Class Leisure

These changes primarily affected the lower classes and did not change the role of upper class women whose whole purpose was to no do anything. As the wife of a wealthy aristocrat, upper class women were thought of as a symbol of their husband’s wealth. The less work they did, the more prosperous their husbands were. A woman’s expensive wardrobe and obsession with grooming showed not only her husband’s wealth, but also her dependence on him financially (Cunningham 131). However, the wealthy women did enjoy activities outside the realm of the household, which was not often permitted to working class women. They took trips to the seaside, played croquet, bicycled, and went ice-skating. Women also began to accompany men on hunting trips once they were assured that it was a sport for the upper class only and that there would be no mingling with the lower classes (Cunningham 129). Unlike the middle class, it seems that these women had no motivation to adhere to the ‘rational recreation’ doctrine and spend time with the lower classes.

Middle Class Leisure

The middle class built their ideas of what leisure should be based upon the activities of the upper class. They built their own social groups and participated in many of the same sports and games as the upper class such as cricket, lawn tennis and croquet. Many women took the opportunity of the outdoors to engage in courtship and flirtation. Ice-skating, or ‘rinkomania,’ provided the perfect opportunity for young women to escape their chaperones and flirt with young men, which brought the saying “fresh air and flirtation in good combination" (Bailey 77). Women used this free time to flirt and hopefully find a suitable husband. Getting away from one’s chaperones wasn’t very easy, or socially accepted. Those who traveled outside of their home without either their husband or other appropriate male were generally deemed prostitutes. Though the middle class doctrine of ‘rational recreation’ was meant to bring the classes together, it was not meant to bring genders together. The only place that unchaperoned women and men from different social classes mingled together in leisure was in music halls or, sometimes theaters, which were frequented by prostitutes. However, this could not truly be thought of as leisure for women, because they were working as prostitutes (Cunningham 130-1).

Working Class Leisure

The working class felt the real effects of industrialization and though they were limited in what they could do, they did what they could from their job. This luxury was afforded mostly to men, who controlled the money as well as the power. Because men had control of his wife’s money, he could spend it frivolously and there would be nothing that she could do about it (Bailey 181). Not only could women not leave the house for their own recreation, but also their husband’s recklessness in leisure could ruin the whole family financially. While the doctrine of ‘rational recreation helped working class men by establishing clubs and social activities, little though was given to the leisure needs of women. 'Bar at the Follies Bergere' by Edouard Manet Men often felt that women had no need for these activities and whatever need they did have would be in the household. If women were given a holiday from factory work, they were not expected to go out and have fun, but to stay at home and finish the chores that they had neglected during the week while working at the factory. If they did not want to do housework while the men went out and enjoyed themselves, the answer wasn’t to give women their own forms of entertainment or for men to help out with chores, but for women to simple not do work (Cunningham 129). Working class women did participate in leisure activities outside of the household, but it was usually with the family. They went to fairs, watched cricket matches, traveled, went to music halls, and shopped for items for the house. Though these moments were far and few between, they were able to get out of housework ever now and then.

Modern Leisure

The Leisure activities enjoyed by women today are vast and ever expanding. Women today are no longer restricted by their husbands or other paternal influences. They are able to go places on their own and are not bogged down by as many responsibilities of the household as they once were. Some responsibilities are still expected, but men are also expected to pitch in and help with housework. Also, women from all classes are also able to mingle freely with other classes and the opposite sex without fear of a diminished reputation. Though some women are confined financially by the activities that they can choose, the vast numbers of leisure activities available make a big difference in the way women spend their free time.
